1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mayo.gg ("Service," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Mayo.gg provides AI-powered tools for generating custom Roblox clothing templates. The Service allows users to create clothing designs based on text descriptions and image uploads. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Credits System

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users may receive free credits upon sign-up as part of promotional offers
• Credits are consumed when generating clothing designs or using AI features
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle for subscription plans and are refreshed upon renewal
• Unused credits from one cycle do not carry over to the next cycle
• Bonus credits issued as promotions or compensation may have separate expiry conditions
• We reserve the right to modify credit costs and allocation at any time with reasonable notice

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Mayo.gg offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged the new plan rate at checkout
• Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next renewal period or immediately via a new checkout session
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice
• We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription and credit access until payment is resolved

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days at support@mayo.gg and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion.

8. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Generated Content: You own the designs generated by the Service based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with Roblox's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload or generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or harmful material
• Violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or manipulate the credit system
• Share account access with others to circumvent credit limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service
• Resell access to generated content as a competing service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Impersonate Mayo.gg, its team members, or other users

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, AI provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI to generate clothing designs. AI-generated content may be unpredictable, and we do not guarantee that outputs will meet your specific expectations, be accepted by Roblox, or be free from errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of generated designs for any particular purpose.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mayo.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Mayo.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All Roblox-related trademarks and copyrights are the property of Roblox Corporation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Standards.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mayo.gg and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the credit system, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease and any unused credits will be forfeited. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Mayo.gg operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
